(0x41) Read Programmable IO	n/a	Reads the entire 32-bit I/O space.
(0x42) Write Programmable IO	n/a	Writes the entire 32-bit I/O space, masking out inputs.
(0x03) Read Holding Registers	0 - 8	Reads the state of the SeaIO 462 / 463 Holding Register Set.
(0x06) Write Single Register	1 - 8	Configures the module based on the SeaIO 462 / 463 Holding Register Set. Note that registers 1 and 2 of the 160 may be used to read / write the TTL IO.
